It cites a few of the hundreds of online complaints posted about the products, dating as far back as 2009. It further alleges that Proctor & Gamble falsely reported the products in the complaint have “no known effect with regard to skin irritation”. Including allegations of defective product design, false advertising, improper labeling, breach of implied warranty of merchantability and unjust enrichment.
